I loved going to CFB during my short time living in Beaumont. I had tried Nor Beau Crossfit, but didn't fit in with the coaches or people who worked out there. My first day at CFB I knew I would love it. The coaches are fantastic and the people you work out with will quickly become your friends. They are a great place for all fitness levels and the coaches focus on every person during the workout - not just the elite athletes. Not to mention the gym is huge and they have great open gym hours.
